Corrugated Sidewall Conveyor Belt is suiitable for transporting powdery, granular, small blocky, pasty, and liquid materials, preventing material spillage. It enables a larger conveying angle, occupies less space, and features low energy consumption, simple structure, high belt strength, and long service life.
The product consists of three main parts: the base belt, sidewalls, and cleats. The sidewalls prevent material from slipping off the sides and are designed in a corrugated shape to facilitate smooth movement over pulleys. The cleats support materials to enable large-angle conveying.
This belt can transition from horizontal to inclined or from inclined to horizontal conveying.
The belt core is made of multi-layer polyester-cotton fabric or nylon-polyester fabric, with a rubber cover designed for specific performance needs.
